Reviewable reporting
Require completed work, observed changes, and next priorities alongside metrics. Rankings should not replace an explanation of the decisions made. Review outcomes alongside cost, effort, and customer quality.
Ask which recommendations will be implemented, by whom, and in what order. An audit has limited value when nobody owns the work. End each review with a named next step.
- A written brief
- Named responsibilities
- Agreed review points
