Explain price without oversimplifying
If price depends on size, access, timing, or the work required, explain those factors before asking for a quote. We help organize that information so customers understand what to prepare. An attractive headline price should not hide important conditions. Agree whether the evidence supports keeping, changing, or stopping the approach.
Include production and staff time when comparing channels. A campaign with cheap inquiries can cost more if every lead needs extensive qualification. Keep a record of approved costs and outstanding decisions.
An offer people understand
State who the offer is for, what is included, and what happens after someone contacts you. A lower price cannot fix an unclear service or a slow response. Look at what happened after the initial visit or interaction.
Separate management fees, media spend, production costs, and software charges. Assign each channel a role instead of dividing the budget equally. Separate agency fees from advertising, software, and production costs.
