Measure the intended use
Choose a review measure that fits the content's job. A help page, supplier comparison, and sales resource should not all be judged by page views or search traffic alone. Explain what each measure shows and what it cannot show.
Check accuracy, redundant paragraphs, headings, links, and next steps before publication. Read the copy without the keyword brief to test its usefulness. Note changes in budget, capacity, and offers when reviewing performance.
An update process
Assign an owner and review date to important pages. Changing prices, procedures, or product details can leave otherwise strong content inaccurate. Keep a change log so later results have context.
Choose where the piece will be used before producing it. A sales guide, search article, and social clip need different depth and calls to action. Explain which task matters next and why it takes priority.
