Bring sales feedback into review
A campaign report may not show which inquiries became customers. Agree a privacy-conscious way to share qualified outcomes so the team can distinguish volume from useful demand. Keep the original result alongside the updated version.
Test conversion events, phone and form paths, location setup, exclusions, and budgets. Record the initial settings for later comparison. Verify the next step while there is still time to correct a problem.
Reporting limits
Platform attribution and analytics may credit conversions differently. Compare costs and customer records, and state which conversion definition the report uses. Look at the customer outcome as well as the channel activity.
Distinguish a submitted form from an accepted lead or sale. Check event triggers and duplicate counts before using them to judge or automate performance. Separate a measurement error from a change in customer behavior.
