Choose a useful format
A comparison, demonstration, checklist, and service explanation answer different questions. Choose the format from the reader's task before setting a word count or requesting a series of posts. Choose the next task from the review rather than repeating the calendar.
Request examples, sources, screenshots, or process details before drafting. Specific inputs usually improve the piece more than extra adjectives. Separate essential work from optional additions in the proposal.
An update process
Assign an owner and review date to important pages. Changing prices, procedures, or product details can leave otherwise strong content inaccurate. Keep the original result alongside the updated version.
Choose where the piece will be used before producing it. A sales guide, search article, and social clip need different depth and calls to action. Explain which task matters next and why it takes priority.
