Choose a useful format
A comparison, demonstration, checklist, and service explanation answer different questions. Choose the format from the reader's task before setting a word count or requesting a series of posts. End each review with a named next step.
Check figures, quotations, dates, and permissions before outreach. Supply a named contact who can answer follow-up questions. Explain why a change was made, not just when it happened.
An update process
Assign an owner and review date to important pages. Changing prices, procedures, or product details can leave otherwise strong content inaccurate. Record the starting conditions so comparisons remain fair.
Choose where the piece will be used before producing it. A sales guide, search article, and social clip need different depth and calls to action. Identify the most useful correction before adding another feature.
