Credible experience
Do not invent projects, credentials, quotations, or personal stories. Attribute external information and verify what is presented as the author's knowledge. Compare the proposed message with the words customers use.
Interview the named author for their methods, examples, and judgments. A credible piece needs more than a generic topic outline. Review the whole path instead of judging one screen in isolation.
