Treat integration as a dependency
Confirm data formats, authentication, limits, and failure behavior for connected systems. An integration should have test cases and an owner rather than remain a vague item in the feature list. Record the decision as well as the numbers behind it.
Explain device permissions when the related feature is used. The app should handle refusal without confusing the user. Keep private account details out of public briefs and examples.
Release testing
Test representative devices, permissions, interrupted connections, and failed inputs. Define acceptance checks with the people who will use the product. Use a real test inquiry to check delivery and follow-up.
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Review the whole path instead of judging one screen in isolation.
