Treat integration as a dependency
Confirm data formats, authentication, limits, and failure behavior for connected systems. An integration should have test cases and an owner rather than remain a vague item in the feature list. Turn the findings into a short list of actions and owners.
Test both platforms where supported, including navigation, permissions, notifications, and accessible controls. A working build on one device is not enough. Try the main customer task on a phone before signing off.
Release testing
Test representative devices, permissions, interrupted connections, and failed inputs. Define acceptance checks with the people who will use the product. Test the important customer action before publishing a change.
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Verify the next step while there is still time to correct a problem.
