Measure the intended use
Choose a review measure that fits the content's job. A help page, supplier comparison, and sales resource should not all be judged by page views or search traffic alone. Explain what each measure shows and what it cannot show.
Do not invent projects, credentials, quotations, or personal stories. Attribute external information and verify what is presented as the author's knowledge. Choose the next task from the review rather than repeating the calendar.
An update process
Assign an owner and review date to important pages. Changing prices, procedures, or product details can leave otherwise strong content inaccurate. Explain why a change was made, not just when it happened.
Choose where the piece will be used before producing it. A sales guide, search article, and social clip need different depth and calls to action. Agree whether the evidence supports keeping, changing, or stopping the approach.
