Reviewable reporting
Require completed work, observed changes, and next priorities alongside metrics. Rankings should not replace an explanation of the decisions made. Avoid treating a single favorable number as the whole result.
Ask which recommendations will be implemented, by whom, and in what order. An audit has limited value when nobody owns the work. Choose the next task from the review rather than repeating the calendar.
- A written brief
- Named responsibilities
- Agreed review points
