Check accessibility in use
Review keyboard access, visible focus, labels, contrast, and helpful errors during development. Automated checks can find some issues, but completing the main tasks manually is still important. Leave the team with a decision, an owner, and a review date.
Define who can view, change, export, or delete each type of record. Audit important actions and keep appropriate recovery options. Document recurring costs and the person who controls each account.
Accessible interaction
Give forms visible labels, make keyboard focus clear, and provide useful error messages. Test contrast, reading order, and navigation with more than a mouse. Confirm that forms, phone links, and replies reach the right person.
Check forms, menus, phone links, and checkout on actual device sizes. A page that shrinks to fit can still be difficult to use. Review the whole path instead of judging one screen in isolation.
