Solve access problems first
Useful content cannot attract search visitors if important URLs fail or send conflicting indexing signals. Check response codes, robots rules, canonicals, and links before spending time on smaller page edits. Make sure the business can retrieve its own data.
State delivery, support, and coverage limits where they affect the offer. Avoid claiming an office in each city to manufacture relevance. Confirm that the finished work meets the agreed requirements.
Crawl and indexing checks
Inspect important URLs for response codes, robots directives, canonicals, and internal links. A page being submitted in a sitemap does not mean it is indexed. Keep the next round of work small enough to assess clearly.
Map related searches to the page that best answers them. When several pages compete for the same purpose, improve or combine the content before creating more URLs. Compare the proposed message with the words customers use.
