Give reviewers a clear job
Ask subject reviewers to check accuracy and editors to check structure and readability. Mixing those roles can delay approval while leaving important factual questions unresolved. End each review with a named next step.
Use the terminology customers understand and enough context to explain the subject. Exact-match repetition is not a quality target. Look for gaps between what the business offers and what visitors understand.
Distribution that fits
Choose where the piece will be used before producing it. A sales guide, search article, and social clip need different depth and calls to action. Agree whether the evidence supports keeping, changing, or stopping the approach.
Confirm permission for photographs, quotations, customer stories, and licensed assets. Approval time belongs in the production schedule, not after it. Keep private account details out of public briefs and examples.
