Maintain rather than multiply
More URLs do not automatically create more value. Review existing pages for usefulness, accuracy, and overlap, then improve the information people already need before building additional location pages. Use dated records rather than relying on memory at the next review.
Require completed work, observed changes, and next priorities alongside metrics. Rankings should not replace an explanation of the decisions made. Explain what each measure shows and what it cannot show.
Useful on-page information
Explain scope, process, limitations, and the next step. Use descriptive headings and links naturally; repeating a city or keyword does not replace useful detail. Compare the proposed message with the words customers use.
Compare Search Console and analytics trends with releases, redirects, and content updates. Keep a change log so later movement can be interpreted in context. Document what was tested and what the team learned.
