Treat integration as a dependency
Confirm data formats, authentication, limits, and failure behavior for connected systems. An integration should have test cases and an owner rather than remain a vague item in the feature list. Explain which task matters next and why it takes priority.
Test supported screen sizes, resumed sessions, interrupted tasks, and slow connections. Preserve state where the task requires it. Check that a visitor can find the next action without guessing.
Release testing
Test representative devices, permissions, interrupted connections, and failed inputs. Define acceptance checks with the people who will use the product. Confirm that forms, phone links, and replies reach the right person.
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Review both successful actions and errors before launch.
