Measure the intended use
Choose a review measure that fits the content's job. A help page, supplier comparison, and sales resource should not all be judged by page views or search traffic alone. Record the date, reason, and owner of important changes.
Do not invent projects, credentials, quotations, or personal stories. Attribute external information and verify what is presented as the author's knowledge. Choose a decision maker who can resolve conflicting feedback.
Make the plan fit your market
Use questions from customers in New York, actual service-area information, and examples your business can verify. Local references should explain an offer or decision, rather than insert neighborhood names without a reason. Check that location references reflect how the business actually operates.
Assign an owner and review date to important pages. Changing prices, procedures, or product details can leave otherwise strong content inaccurate. Keep private account details out of public briefs and examples.
