Maintain important information
Assign an owner to pages that explain changing products, prices, or processes. Record when facts were checked so the next update can focus on what has changed rather than rewrite accurate material. Explain why a change was made, not just when it happened.
Use the terminology customers understand and enough context to explain the subject. Exact-match repetition is not a quality target. Check the reasons suitable customers hesitate or leave.
Useful structure
Answer the main question early, then explain choices, examples, and trade-offs. Headings should help the reader find information rather than repeat a target phrase. Explain which task matters next and why it takes priority.
Assign an owner and review date to important pages. Changing prices, procedures, or product details can leave otherwise strong content inaccurate. Document what was tested and what the team learned.
