Test a small working path
Build and review one complete task before extending the feature list. A working path exposes missing data, confusing steps, and integration limits earlier than a collection of isolated screens. Confirm that forms, phone links, and replies reach the right person.
Use task-based checks for the release and agree responsibility for later operating-system changes. Maintenance belongs in the project budget. End each review with a named next step.
A limited first release
Separate essential tasks from later features. Build the smallest release that can be used and evaluated, with explicit exclusions and a change process. Agree whether the evidence supports keeping, changing, or stopping the approach.
Collect only data needed for the task, document access roles, and plan deletion and recovery. Security should be considered while designing the workflow. Agree how sensitive material will be shared and stored.
