Make releases reviewable
Use a release checklist that covers core tasks, error handling, privacy details, and supported devices. Record changes so the team can investigate a problem after an update. Turn the findings into a short list of actions and owners.
Prepare accurate distribution information, test credentials where needed, and a support contact. Review approval cannot be treated as an automatic release date. Keep a change log so later results have context.
Support after launch
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Verify the next step while there is still time to correct a problem.
Describe users, tasks, data, and acceptance criteria before choosing technology. A short working prototype can reveal workflow problems earlier than a detailed visual design. Set out the work, approval steps, and handover requirements in writing.
