Measure the intended use
Choose a review measure that fits the content's job. A help page, supplier comparison, and sales resource should not all be judged by page views or search traffic alone. Use measures that connect to the stated business goal.
Do not invent projects, credentials, quotations, or personal stories. Attribute external information and verify what is presented as the author's knowledge. Keep the next round of work small enough to assess clearly.
An update process
Assign an owner and review date to important pages. Changing prices, procedures, or product details can leave otherwise strong content inaccurate. Record the date, reason, and owner of important changes.
Choose where the piece will be used before producing it. A sales guide, search article, and social clip need different depth and calls to action. Choose the next task from the review rather than repeating the calendar.
