Check accessibility in use
Review keyboard access, visible focus, labels, contrast, and helpful errors during development. Automated checks can find some issues, but completing the main tasks manually is still important. Choose the next task from the review rather than repeating the calendar.
Test taxes, shipping, payment failures, discount rules, and confirmation messages. Successful payment should produce one accurate order. Check the destination as well as the message that sends people there.
Accessible interaction
Give forms visible labels, make keyboard focus clear, and provide useful error messages. Test contrast, reading order, and navigation with more than a mouse. Review both successful actions and errors before launch.
Check forms, menus, phone links, and checkout on actual device sizes. A page that shrinks to fit can still be difficult to use. Use a real test inquiry to check delivery and follow-up.
