Require completed work, observed changes, and next priorities alongside metrics. Rankings should not replace an explanation of the decisions made. Look for gaps between what the business offers and what visitors understand.
Ask which recommendations will be implemented, by whom, and in what order. An audit has limited value when nobody owns the work. Verify the next step while there is still time to correct a problem.
