Require completed work, observed changes, and next priorities alongside metrics. Rankings should not replace an explanation of the decisions made. Keep a short record of common questions and objections.
Ask which recommendations will be implemented, by whom, and in what order. An audit has limited value when nobody owns the work. Use a real test inquiry to check delivery and follow-up.
