Use real content in the layout
Placeholder copy can hide problems with long service names, detailed explanations, or required notices. Design with representative content so the page remains readable when the business adds its actual information. Check the reasons suitable customers hesitate or leave.
Check redirects, forms, analytics, legal links supplied by the business, and editing access. Agree who approves launch and handles later changes. Test the important customer action before publishing a change.
Accessible interaction
Give forms visible labels, make keyboard focus clear, and provide useful error messages. Test contrast, reading order, and navigation with more than a mouse. Check what happens after the customer clicks, submits, or calls.
Check forms, menus, phone links, and checkout on actual device sizes. A page that shrinks to fit can still be difficult to use. Verify the next step while there is still time to correct a problem.
