Improve the destination before scaling
More traffic will not resolve confusing pages or broken contact steps. Review the destination with the intended customer task in mind, then test demand once the path is usable. Check what happens after the customer clicks, submits, or calls.
Use one brief for website, content, advertising, and sales staff. Agree the promise and the customer information needed at each stage. Separate production, approval, and publishing responsibilities.
Budget with a purpose
Separate management fees, media spend, production costs, and software charges. Assign each channel a role instead of dividing the budget equally. Show optional costs separately from the essential work.
Agree who answers calls and forms, what counts as a suitable inquiry, and how results return to the marketing team. Missed calls can make an effective campaign look weak. Confirm that the business can access its accounts after handover.
