Treat integration as a dependency
Confirm data formats, authentication, limits, and failure behavior for connected systems. An integration should have test cases and an owner rather than remain a vague item in the feature list. Keep the next round of work small enough to assess clearly.
List camera, notifications, location, offline, and accessibility needs. Request permissions only when the feature requires them. A written brief should explain what will change and what will stay.
Release testing
Test representative devices, permissions, interrupted connections, and failed inputs. Define acceptance checks with the people who will use the product. Try the main customer task on a phone before signing off.
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Use a real test inquiry to check delivery and follow-up.
