Service Page Depth
When service pages make broad claims but provide too little detail for confident decisions, the first task is to explain the service with useful scope, process, proof, and next-step information. We review customer questions, decision criteria, examples, limitations, and conversion paths, then review the findings with your team. That gives the next change a clear reason instead of adding more activity without checking its value. Ask customer-facing staff which details people need before deciding.
Map important customer questions to existing pages and identify genuine gaps. Consolidate overlapping pages instead of targeting each phrasing with another URL. Check the reasons suitable customers hesitate or leave.
One purpose per page
Map related searches to the page that best answers them. When several pages compete for the same purpose, improve or combine the content before creating more URLs. Use support requests to find information that is missing or unclear.
Compare what searchers need with the page they reach. A service enquiry, a how-to question, and a supplier comparison may need different answers. Ask customer-facing staff whether the inquiries fit the offer.
