Treat integration as a dependency
Confirm data formats, authentication, limits, and failure behavior for connected systems. An integration should have test cases and an owner rather than remain a vague item in the feature list. Explain which task matters next and why it takes priority.
List camera, notifications, location, offline, and accessibility needs. Request permissions only when the feature requires them. Give every deliverable a purpose and a clear acceptance check.
Release testing
Test representative devices, permissions, interrupted connections, and failed inputs. Define acceptance checks with the people who will use the product. Confirm that forms, phone links, and replies reach the right person.
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Check that a visitor can find the next action without guessing.
