Treat integration as a dependency
Confirm data formats, authentication, limits, and failure behavior for connected systems. An integration should have test cases and an owner rather than remain a vague item in the feature list. Leave the team with a decision, an owner, and a review date.
List camera, notifications, location, offline, and accessibility needs. Request permissions only when the feature requires them. Separate essential work from optional additions in the proposal.
Release testing
Test representative devices, permissions, interrupted connections, and failed inputs. Define acceptance checks with the people who will use the product. Check what happens after the customer clicks, submits, or calls.
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Try the main customer task on a phone before signing off.
