Campaign Experiments
When major changes are made without a clear comparison or learning goal, the first task is to test one meaningful decision at a time where volume allows. We define a hypothesis, control, variable, duration, success measure, risk limit, and review plan, then review the findings with your team. That gives the next change a clear reason instead of adding more activity without checking its value. Explain which task matters next and why it takes priority.
Define accepted leads with the sales team and review the difference between raw forms and worthwhile inquiries. Use that feedback in later decisions. Choose the review measures before the work begins.
Conversion definitions
Distinguish a submitted form from an accepted lead or sale. Check event triggers and duplicate counts before using them to judge or automate performance. Explain uncertainty when the available data is limited.
Review available search terms, audience signals, locations, and placements. Exclude clearly unsuitable traffic and document the reasons rather than making broad cuts from one poor result. Look at what happened after the initial visit or interaction.
