Content Refresh
When older pages lose accuracy, depth, or usefulness as the market changes, the first task is to update proven assets before replacing them with unnecessary new pages. We review declining queries, outdated facts, weak sections, missing examples, and current customer questions, then review the findings with your team. That gives the next change a clear reason instead of adding more activity without checking its value. Use recent customer feedback to challenge an unclear message.
Add scope, methods, qualifications, and practical examples that the business can verify. Better information is a stronger foundation than repeating the service phrase. Ask customer-facing staff which details people need before deciding.
Search intent
Compare what searchers need with the page they reach. A service enquiry, a how-to question, and a supplier comparison may need different answers. Separate unsuitable inquiries from failures in the response process.
Explain scope, process, limitations, and the next step. Use descriptive headings and links naturally; repeating a city or keyword does not replace useful detail. Review recent inquiries before making assumptions about demand.
