Treat integration as a dependency
Confirm data formats, authentication, limits, and failure behavior for connected systems. An integration should have test cases and an owner rather than remain a vague item in the feature list. Choose the next task from the review rather than repeating the calendar.
List camera, notifications, location, offline, and accessibility needs. Request permissions only when the feature requires them. Set out the work, approval steps, and handover requirements in writing.
Release testing
Test representative devices, permissions, interrupted connections, and failed inputs. Define acceptance checks with the people who will use the product. Try the main customer task on a phone before signing off.
Agree monitoring, update responsibilities, dependency maintenance, and support limits. A launch plan should include how defects and user feedback will be prioritized. Use a real test inquiry to check delivery and follow-up.
